I was hoping for some cool retro frames. Like, the kind I’d actually get excited to wear. But most of them just looked dated... and not in the fun vintage way. The selection felt limited too, especially if you’re not into loud colors or strange shapes. Just didn’t find much that felt like me...

I had to send back a pair that just didn’t look right on me, which is on me for picking a style I wasn’t totally sure about. Customer service got back to me quickly and walked me through the return steps without any hassle. The refund took a few days to show up, but it went through fine in the end. I’d order from them again, though I do wish the return process moved a bit faster.

These glasses fit me well and feel really light on my face, which I love. The arms felt a little snug at first and took about a day to get used to, but they’re comfy overall. Not perfect, but DEFINITELY comfortable enough for everyday wear.

I picked up a pair from Retropeepers a few months back, they’ve been better than I expected. If you’re looking around and don’t want to spend a ton, they’re worth considering.
I’m rough with my glasses, they get thrown in my bag, left on counters, all of that, but the frames still feel sturdy and the hinges haven’t gotten wobbly. That’s usually where cheaper pairs start to annoy me, so this was a nice surprise.

The lenses are clear, the fit feels good, and overall they seem like a solid buy for the price. I’d buy from them again, and if someone in the neighborhood asked for an affordable glasses option, I’d point them there.

I’m usually a bit cautious with online orders, especially when it comes to shipping and tracking, but I did get a dispatch email after a couple of days and the tracking updated okay. The parcel arrived safely and was packed well, which was a relief. It just took a bit longer than I expected, so I’d probably order a little earlier next time. Happy with it overall, just wish it had been slightly quicker.
